Our Japanese variety has a beautiful pink color, a sweet fruity flavor, and contains very little acid. Excellent for salads and sandwiches. Our customers love them!

Our Italian frying peppers are crisp and sweet, with flesh thinner than a bell pepper, and very few seeds. Slicing and frying will impart a delicate smoky flavor. Yum!
