Our Italian frying peppers are crisp and sweet, with flesh thinner than a bell pepper, and very few seeds. Slicing and frying will impart a delicate smoky flavor. Yum!
We’ll also have our sweet Toro de Oro, Lipstick, Red Pimento, Hungarian, and Cubanelle varieties.
Our Jalapeno, Serrano, Hungarian, Ancho, and Anaheim varieties are hot and delicious.
We’ll also have Big Beef, San Marzano, Yellow, and Japanese tomatoes along with our perfect Persian cucumbers and Summer Squash!
